Emergency
Dr Jungkeit or another fully qualified Otolaryngologist is available at all times for emergencies. If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency, please call 911.
Appointment/Cancellation
We are committed to scheduling an appointment for you at the earliest convenience. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we request notification at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment to others waiting for care.
Insurance/Referrals
North Kitsap Ear, Nose and Throat is contracted with a wide variety of insurance companies.. Please check with your particular plan for complete information to verify if our office will be considered as in network or out of network. Co-pays are due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
If your insurance plan requires a referral or pre-authorization, please contact your insurance carrier or primary care physician to begin this process and have such referral sent to our office. If required referral has not been received prior to your appointment; your appointment may need to be rescheduled. It is the responsibility of patient to begin referral process.
Effective April 5, 2011, our office will be relocating to the new Cascade View Medical Center. Conveniently located on the west side of Hwy 3 in the College Marketplace, Poulsbo.
From Bainbridge Island:
Take Hwy 305 towards Poulsbo, continuing under Hwy 3 and onto Olympic College Way (note: Hwy 305 becomes Olympic College Way). Pass NW Reliance Street on your left. Cascade View Medical Center will be on your left prior to Olympic College Poulsbo campus.
From Kingston:
Go southwest on Hwy 307/Bond Road. Turn right onto Hwy 305. Take Hwy 305 towards Poulsbo, continuing under Hwy 3 and onto Olympic College Way (note: Hwy 305 becomes Olympic College Way). Pass NW Reliance Street on your left. Cascade View Medical Center will be on your left prior to Olympic College Poulsbo campus.
From Bremerton:
Take WA-3 North to Hwy 305 Bainbridge Island Ferry/Poulsbo exit. Turn left onto Hwy 305, continuing under Hwy 3 and onto Olympic College Way (note: Hwy 305 becomes Olympic College Way). Pass NW Reliance Street on your left. Cascade View Medical Center will be on your left prior to Olympic College Poulsbo campus.
From Sequim / Hood Canal:
Take US-101 to WA-104 East to WA-3 South. Take WA-305 South ramp (Poulsbo / Bainbridge Island) on right. Turn sharply right onto Olympic College Way (note: Hwy 305 becomes Olympic College Way). Pass NW Reliance Street on your left. Cascade View Medical Center will be on your left prior to Olympic College Poulsbo campus.
